Satisfaction Guarantee Not satisfied with your first order? Reach out within 14 days and we'll refund your order, no questions asked. Applies to one bag per first-time customer.

Damages & Issues If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Exceptions Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
